Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will only ship to addresses in those countries listed in the "Delivery/Country" menu on our website. We offer flat rate standard shipping to all countries listed on our website. Local pickup is not available.
For orders outside Singapore, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Firebrick Pharma is not responsible for these charges (if they are applied) or any delays or issues with customs.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
We do not accept returns but will cover refund or replacement - see our Refund & Replacement Policy.
